These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bet442 ("the Platform") and any person ("the Player") who registers an account, accesses, or otherwise uses the services provided on the bet442 website and any associated mobile web interfaces (collectively, "the Service"). By completing the registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox, or otherwise using the Service, the Player confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with bet442's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

bet442 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bet442 will notify registered Players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the Service following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they should cease using the Service and close their account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in Section 4.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Access to and use of the bet442 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the Player's use of the Service:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. bet442 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• The Player must be a natural person and must not register on behalf of a third party or as a representative of a corporate entity unless expressly authorised by bet442 in writing.
• The Player must not be a resident of or accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether access to bet442 is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• The Player must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with bet442 or any related platform.
• The Player must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of bet442 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment partners, unless prior written approval has been obtained.

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) account on bet442. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses held within them.

When registering an account, the Player must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of balances.

bet442 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks at any stage, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Players may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document, a proof of address document dated within the last three months, and proof of any payment method used to fund their account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bet442 may result in account restrictions.

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. bet442 strongly recommends that Players use a unique, strong password and do not share their login details with any other person. Any activity carried out on a Player's account using their credentials will be treated as having been authorised by the Player, regardless of whether the Player actually performed that activity.

If a Player suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, or that their credentials have been compromised, they must notify bet442's player support team immediately via the contact details provided on the platform. bet442 may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation at its sole discretion.

Players must not allow any third party, including family members, to access or use their account. Any account found to have been shared or transferred will be subject to immediate suspension.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all contact information held on their account remains accurate and up to date. Outdated contact details may prevent bet442 from communicating important account notifications, including withdrawal confirmations and security alerts.

bet442 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer channels. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bet442 does not apply any currency conversion charge on BDT transactions; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, for which bet442 accepts no responsibility.

A Player's deposited funds are held in their bet442 account balance and may be used to place wagers on any eligible game or betting market available on the platform. Deposited funds may not be transferred to another Player's account under any circumstances.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Player's own name. bet442 will not accept deposits from accounts held in the name of a third party.
• bet442 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where it has reason to believe the payment is fraudulent, originates from an ineligible source, or violates any applicable law.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bet442 account holder and, where possible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, bet442 may require the Player to complete identity verification in accordance with its KYC procedures.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within the timeframe published in the Player's account section. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• bet442 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms.
• Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements that have not been met at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited.

4.3 Inactive Account Balances

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bet442 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to inactive account balances, the amount of which will be communicated to the Player before application. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly classified as inactive should contact player support.

bet442 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the specific promotional terms for each offer.
• Eligibility: Promotions are open to eligible Players only. bet442 reserves the right to restrict eligibility based on account history, verification status, or location.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each Player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus on more than one occasion constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account balance automatically.
• Abuse: bet442 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it determines that the offer has been claimed or used in an abusive manner, including through coordinated betting, the use of automated software, or any form of arbitrage.

bet442 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect a Player's right to complete wagering requirements already in progress under the original terms of an accepted offer.

bet442 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances:

Each game and betting market available on bet442 is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant betting market page. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. In the event of a conflict between the game rules and these general Terms, the game rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game or market concerned.

All bets placed on bet442 are final once confirmed. bet442 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system, except where expressly provided for within the specific game rules (for example, certain live betting cash-out features where available).

bet442 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome has been affected by circumstances outside the normal operation of the game or market, including but not limited to: technical failures, data feed errors, match abandonment, or any event that renders the determination of a fair outcome impossible.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by bet442 at any time without prior notice.

bet442 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on bet442, the Player consents to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bet442 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data transmitted through the platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and bet442 cannot guarantee absolute security.

bet442 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer a Player's personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without the Player's explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as KYC verification providers and payment processors) where necessary to fulfil the services contemplated by these Terms.

bet442 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all Players. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held within the account will be returned to their source.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet442 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet442 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if bet442 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bet442's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or BDT ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser amount.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bet442 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be referred to bet442's player support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable timeframe.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of a written complaint being submitted to bet442, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels as specified by applicable law.

Players may submit formal complaints to bet442 in writing via the contact email address displayed in the footer of this page. bet442 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within five (5) business days and will aim to provide a substantive response within thirty (30) business days.

A Player may request the closure of their bet442 account at any time by contacting player support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bet442 will process the closure and return any eligible real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required KYC verification and provided that no breach of these Terms is identified during the closure process.

bet442 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, at its sole discretion, where it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other Players.

Where an account is closed by bet442 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach and at bet442's sole discretion.
